Judicial Activism is a major contributor to our loss of freedoms and one that for the most part goes unrecognized. There is much excitement and hope that Republicans can take back the House and Senate from the tax and spend Democrats who support wealth redistribution and the unconstitutional Health Care Bill. Among many Minnesotans, there is a sense everything will be okay if this happens.
