At 3:17 this afternoon we received notice that the Office of Administrative Hearings determined that Pat Anderson’s complaint against Rebecca Otto sets forth a prima facie violation of Minnesota Statutes § 211B.06. A probable cause hearing will be held this Thursday, September 30 at 1:30 p.m. At that time the judge is expected to issue a probable cause ruling. Pat Anderson will be available then to answer questions.
