Minnesota Majority’s 2010 Legislative Scorecard

Minnesota Majority today announced the release of our 2010 state legislative scorecard, titled “Heroes and Zeros.” The scorecard summarizes the voting records of state law makers who most closely uphold traditional values and those who have worked consistently against them.

The scorecard also details how every legislator voted on key issues represent the front line in the battle to defend Minnesota’s traditional values in the state’s public policy.

Why RogueOn Minnesota?

This is the question I sought to answer for the nineteen people who showed up despite a sunny, sterling Saturday; an anomaly for March in Minnesota. The group appeared diverse upon first glance but I knew that whoever they were, we all shared the commonality of concern about our country. One does not easily give up such a splendid Saturday in Minnesota.

Minnesotans: A Loud and Clear Call to Action

There should be no doubt to those in Washington D.C. this morning that the majority of Americans would support flying the American flag at half- mast. For months on end, ordinary Americans have written and called local, state and federal representatives in numbers large enough to shut down phone lines; sent faxes with similar results; marched by the thousands numerous times at our nation’s capitol and at state capitols; emailed legislators; written letters to the editor; signed petitions to be sent to Congress; and communicated in every way imaginable their fierce opposition to the Health Care Reform Bill.

RogueOn Minnesota Endorses Pat Anderson for State Auditor

Pat Anderson is a strong conservative candidate who will push for the reform that is needed in Minnesota. She has a proven track record as Minnesota State Auditor from 2003 through 2007. In her re-election bid in 2006, she was endorsed over the current auditor by virtually every newspaper in the state.

The Kill The Bill Rally

The Kill The Bill Rally was held on Saturday, March 13th, and several RogueOn Minnesota members were in attendance to help make a difference. Speakers at the rally included Representative John Kline from CD2, Representative Michele Bachmann from CD6, Twila Brase from the Citizen’s Council on Health Care, Sue Jeffers from radio station KTLK-FM and others.
